Live Lit at Story Lab Chicago!

I just sent my bio and head shot so I can join Story Lab Chicago during a Live Lit Storytelling session in June. As many of you know, I told my youngest daughter’s birth story last November as part of a student performance but this time, I will be doing it “off book” (which means no security blanket, aka, paper.) Am I nervous? YES! But I know the story well, and I want to push myself to become a better storyteller—the only way to get better is with practice. So mark your calendars, the performance will be on Wednesday, June 17th, from 7-9:30 PM. If your are new to my story here’s the synopsis: I delivered my baby while my husband drove 55 m.p.h. on the Dan Ryan Expressway and a prostitute and homeless drug addicts saved her life! This is a TRUE story and to show your support please share with others! Thank you!
